What data do we use?

We don’t sell your data, and we never will. When you use Canvas, your queries are sent to third-party data and AI providers to fulfill your requests — things like finding companies, searching for people, or enriching contacts. We don’t use your data to train AI models. We collect basic analytics (feature usage, errors) to fix bugs and improve the product.

Where is my data stored?

Workflow results are processed in an ephemeral environment that is automatically deleted after use. We don’t persist your enrichment results on our servers. Your account information (email, company name) is stored in an encrypted database for authentication purposes only.

Where does my data go when I run a workflow?

Your queries are sent to third-party data and AI providers to get results. This includes company databases, people search services, contact verification services, social media APIs, and large language models. We send only the data necessary to fulfill your request. Each provider has its own privacy policy governing how they handle that data.

What about my integrations?

When you connect a CRM or messaging tool (Salesforce, HubSpot, Slack, etc.), data flows where you tell it to. We process the data needed to sync contacts and deliver notifications on your behalf. Nothing more.

Is my data encrypted?

Yes. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. API keys and credentials are stored in encrypted environment variables, not in application code.

Who can access my data?

We don’t share your data with anyone except:
  • The providers listed above — to fulfill your requests
  • Your connected integrations — where you explicitly send data
  • Legal obligations — if required by law
